**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als executive assistant te Gent bied je allround **administratieve ondersteuning** aan het management team waarbij je zal instaan voor het **agendabeheer** waarbij je proactief en efficiënt **meetings zal inplannen**, **presentaties** zal opmaken en nalezen en waar je de nodige documentatie opzoekt, als executive assistant sta je ook in voor het** notuleren** tijdens meetings. Je staat in voor het** travel management, organiseert boardmeetings** en jaarlijks evenementen. Daarnaast sta je in voor het **mailbeheer**, de** telefonie** en andere ad hoc administratieve ondersteunende taken.

**Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?**
Als executive assistant te Gent beschik je bij voorkeur over minstens enkele jaren ervaring als executive assistant. Je spreekt Nederlands, je hebt een goede kennis Frans en Engels. Daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van het MS Officepakket. Je bent stressbestendig, hands-on en gaat proactief te werk. Als executive assistant kan je omgaan met confidentiële informatie.
