We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Group Product Manager** to join our **Open Executive Education team** and take the lead of a small team of programme managers. Here’s what you need to know

**Your mission**
- Carry the end responsibility for the programme portfolios of your team and coach them to reach their objectives. Meet the overall target for your team in terms of revenues, contribution and quality and impact of the learning experience.
- Be directly responsible for a small portfolio of general management programmes in terms of sales & marketing, programme design, product management and delivery, together with faculty and other supporting units.
- Coach a team of programme managers and support them in their professional development and wellbeing.
- Lead by example in commercial activities and networking opportunities (lead generation, programme advice, networking events,), securing participants.
- Actively build a strong network with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay on top of the trends in the field of L&D and in the knowledge domains of your portfolio, and develop a future outlook on our executive education programmes.
- Take care of the coordination and facilitation of 15-20 days of open executive education programmes.
- You report to the Business Unit Manager of the Open Executive Education programmes.

**You**
- Have obtained a master’s degree.
- Have a minimum of ca. 7 years of work experience, preferably in the L&D sector.
- Possess excellent networking and sales skills. You can connect with different stakeholders and are a credible advisor for (senior) executives.
- Are motivated to coach, support and grow a team of 5-6 people.
- Get energised from going the extra mile for customers and are a star at solving problems with a smile.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are open to innovation.
- Have excellent written & oral knowledge of English and Dutch.
- Can adapt quickly to new situations and are flexible.
- Are open to working on our three campuses (Leuven, Ghent & Brussels) in combination with your home office.
- Are happy to take part in occasional evening activities and attend events outside of working hours.
