Als filiaalmanager stroop je graag je mouwen op. Dat jij voor een belangrijk deel het succes van jouw winkel bepaalt, geeft je energie. Mensen gelukkiger maken zit in je genen. Of het nu gaat over de winkelindeling voor de mooiste klantbeleving, of het helpen van een medewerker achter de kassa. Je bent ambitieus. Niet alleen in de winkel, maar ook achter je bureau op het kantoor: je buigt je over de planning, de administratie en houdt de winkeldoelstellingen goed in het oog. Ook zorg je ervoor dat je medewerkers zich net zo happy voelen als je klanten.

- Je hebt ervaring met een verantwoordelijke functie in een winkel of supermarkt
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en je kunt tegelijkertijd goed samenwerken
