Concreet zal jouw takenpakket o.a. bestaan uit: Dagelijks contact met debiteuren, zowel telefonisch als via mail; Nakijken financieel geblokkeerde orders en ondernemen van actie op... Profile:
Hoe ziet het profiel van onze **Customer Support - credit control** **medewerker **eruit?
- Je beschikt over een **Master
- of Bachelor diploma** in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, boekhoudkundige afstudeerrichtingen zijn een pluspunt;
- Je hebt** bij voorkeur** al enkele jaren **ervaring **in een gelijkaardige functie waar je ook betrokken was bij **debiteurbehandeling;**:

- Je bent heel **communicatief**, gaat graag in dialoog met klanten & collega’s en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het **Nederlands en het Frans**. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt;
- Je bent heel vertrouwd met de courante **MS-office** toepassingen, kennis van **Navision **en **Salesforce **is een pluspunt;
- Je bent hands-on, **enthousiast**, stressbestendig, uitermate team
- en klantgericht met grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid;
- Je beschikt over een **analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen;**:

- Je bent een talent in het van A tot Z verwerken en opvolgen van klantendossiers en je beschikt over een gezonde dosis **commerciële affiniteit;**:

- Je hebt steeds oog voor detail en werkt taken tijdig, nauwgezet en volgens de juiste prioriteiten af;
- Je bent** flexibel en leergierig,** beschikt over een sterk doorzettingsvermogen.
