Our client is a specialist within the automotive sector and is looking for a
**Technical Customer Support** in Tessenderlo. Do you have the right technical and people skills for this challenge?

**The responsibilities for this position are**:

- You are responsible for **assisting wholesalers** who want to procure spare parts and choose the right components for them.
- You **give advice** about alternative spare parts and **respond to questions** about orders, such as the delivery time.
- You stimulate the wholesalers to purchase more stock and you **inform them about the current promotions**.
- You **visit the dealers** or invite them to visit the office in Tessenderlo from time to time.
- You **draw up analyses** from the data that is collected with the Power BI tool.
- You are free to **organize** your own planning.

**The required qualifications are**:

- You have a **Bachelor’s degree in Auto Mechanics, Auto Engineering or Agricultural Mechanization**, however it is mostly important that you have a good understanding of the technical side of machines (earthmoving machines, forklifts, agricultural machines).
- You have excellent knowledge of **engines, hydraulics, and electronics**. Moreover, you can read and understand parts drawings.
- You **enjoy selling** components and can easily get along with **new software**.
- You are willing to **travel abroad** to visit the dealers 2 times per quarter for 2 to 3 days.
- You are fluent in **Dutch** and **English**, knowledge of French or German is a huge plus
