**Description**
***:As a **Group Consolidation Manager you** will ensure and improve the quality of the consolidation and reporting, and adapt it to the expansion of the organization. You are **an important member of the Group Finance team and you report directly to the Group CFO.**

**These are your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the legal consolidation and consolidation of management information in accordance with applicable legislation and group standards.
- Delivery of consolidated financial statements and related group reporting, as well as sub-consolidations of subsidiaries.
- Responsibility for the timely submission of the statutory annual reports of the Belgian holding companies.
- Implement and improve best practices in the use of the reporting systems.
- Preparation, analysis and presentation of the periodic financial reporting to key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the consolidation and financial reporting processes to achieve the gold standard in terms of best practices.
- Contact person for internal and external audit related to consolidation topics.
- Ad hoc projects related to mergers, acquisitions, changes in reporting needs etc.
- Working in line with ISO quality, SOX requirements and company values at all times.

**Profile**
***:

- You have a **master's degree** and **relevant experience in finance and consolidation**. A **minimum of 7 years experience** is required.
- You have experience working in **multinational environments**.
- You have experience with **BEGAAP and/or IFRS**.
- You have a strong **process mentality** and love **process optimization and implementation**.
- You are a **strong communicator** with all levels within an organization.
- You have good working knowledge and experience in **Excel** and **SAP**.
- You work in a structured, proactive and detail-oriented way.
- You have strong analytical and time management skills.
- You speak fluent **English** and **Dutch**, **French** is a strong plus.
