**The Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Complete ownership of innRoad new business sales function across 11 countries in our Northern Europe territory.
- Recruit, hire and train inside sales team consisting of high output, self-motivated, intelligent reps who are hungry to learn, earn and exceed individual targets
- Monitor rep KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to help reps achieve their targets
- Monthly and quarterly new business forecasting
- Cultivate a strong sales team culture which inspires optimal rep performance while maintaining positive atmosphere where reps love to come to work
- Provide feedback to the Senior Sales Manager on opportunities and potential hurdles to achieving targets
- Assist Account Executives in management and closing of larger and more complex deals
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with new clients, by selling value of innRoad product and partnership
- Clearly articulate the value of a partnership with innRoad and gain trust with key stakeholders and decision makers within prospect organizations
- Build and maintain Key Account Plans for aspirational clients
- Have a thorough understanding of customer's business and customer personas
**Requirements**:
- 5+ Years working in B2B SMB or Mid-Market SaaS
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or Sales Manager
- Proven ability to win new business
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do professional attitude.
- Constantly trying to improve individual and team performance
- Displays leadership qualities and capabilities required to lead a team of 20+ reps
- Demonstrated history of success in sales and ability to problem solve
- Familiarity with Sandler Sales Process preferred but not required
