Commercial Project Leader

**INTRODUCTIE/MISSIE**
Word lid van het dynamische team van Carrefour als Projectleider Commercial Market en speel een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van de verkoop van de Market-winkels door middel van openingen, verbouwingen en vernieuwingen.
Als zelfstandige manager zult u samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, de teams van installateurs coördineren en uw communicatievaardigheden met assertiviteit inzetten.
U zult nauwlettend het conceptboek volgen, met respect voor het initiële concept, en eventuele budget
- of planningsafwijkingen melden om het succes van de commerciële operaties te waarborgen, waarbij u de strategie aanpast aan elke winkel.
**TAKEN/VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Opstellen van het plan van de assortimentfamilies in overeenstemming met het massaplan en het concept.
- Volledig beheer van de verbouwing in samenwerking met technische afdelingen, commerciële installateurs en winkelverantwoordelijken om de afgesproken deadlines en het budget te respecteren.
- Organisatie en opvolging van de planning van de projecten.
- Regelmatige bezoeken aan de winkels om de conformiteit van de planogrammen te waarborgen, commerciële scenario's indien nodig aan te passen en deel te nemen aan werfvergaderingen.
- Coördinatie van interne en externe teams van installateurs.
- Identificatie van de behoeften aan klein materiaal en balisage.
- Creatie van een ondersteunende en respectvolle werkomgeving.
- Regelmatige rapportage aan het hoger management en betrokken partijen, met onmiddellijke melding van budget
- of planningsafwijkingen.
**PROFIEL**
- Kennis van Winstore, seizoensgebondenheid en de specifieke kenmerken van de winkel.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Sterk ontwikkelde analytische vaardigheden.
- Assertieve houding.
- Commerciële instelling met respect voor het concept.
- Zelfstandig, in lijn met het conceptboek.
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
- Nederlandstalig met een professionele beheersing van het Frans.
- 3 tot 5 jaar significante ervaring in functies gerelateerd aan detailhandel en projectmanagement.
- 3 tot 5 jaar eerdere ervaring in projecten voor het openen, verbouwen of vernieuwen van winkels is een pluspunt.
