**Your responsibilities?**

**Sales**
- **Organization and presentations**: Manage administrative tasks, create impactful presentations, and coordinate sales activities with style.
- **Dive into action**: From event planning to client meetings, you'll be at the heart of all activities, ready to impress our clients and showcase our establishment.
- **Explore new horizons**: Discover new opportunities in our dynamic neighbourhood, from enthusiastic calls to networking events.
- **Collaborate for an exceptional customer experience**: Work with our teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

**Marketing**
- **Manage our social media**: Create captivating content for our social platforms, engage with our online community, and analyse the results.
- **Contribute to hotel communications**: Design and distribute communication materials in our public spaces, such as signs, posters, and brochures.
- **Collaborate on offline marketing campaigns**: Participate in the design and implementation of offline campaigns to promote our business.
- Participate in the **digital transformation** of our hotel.

**Ideal Profile**
- **A student in hotel management, marketing, communication, or business** with an **internship agreement** of at **least five months starting in July 2025.**:

- To be **fluent in English is mandatory** to interact comfortably with our international clientele. Knowledge of French or Dutch or any other language is a plus
- **Communicative and customer service-oriented,** you enjoy helping people and can remain calm even in the most hectic situations.
- **Full of energy** and able to work in a team while keeping a smile on your face.
