As Team Leader Customer Care Employee Benefits, you will lead a team of 20 motivated colleagues in insurance administration. You are not only a coach and motivator, but also a driving force behind change and continuous improvement. What does your role as Team Leader Customer Care Employee Benefits look like?- Inspire your team to achieve shared goals and grow together, even in a changing environment.- Support your team members in their professional development and create an environment in which they can thrive.- Take the lead in transformation projects and promote a culture of continuous improvement.- Actively work on process optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.- Ensure excellent customer service and monitor the quality of the customer experience across all touchpoints.- Promote collaboration with other teams, such as Sales, to create impact beyond silos.- Encourage a proactive mindset within the team, where change is seen as an opportunity.- Live the NN values Care, Clear, and Commit, and inspire others to do the same.- You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.- You have experience in the insurance sector, preferably in second-pillar life insurance.- You have at least 5 years of experience managing a team.- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a very good knowledge of Dutch and French, and a good command of English.- You are open to new ideas and technologies.- You know how to build, motivate, and communicate a vision to a team.- You work proactively on customer-oriented solutions with a focus on innovation.- You can maintain an overview while also managing the details necessary to successfully complete projects.
