In this role, you will report to the Chief Actuary. This is a unique opportunity to continue your career in a global insurance network, gaining hands-on experience in a highly analytical position. You’ll be exposed to the inner workings of international employee benefits and insurance programs. If you're are detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to develop your skills in a collaborative, international environment — we’d love to hear from you. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProduction of Multinational AccountsProduction of Multinational Pooling Illustrations (i.e. quotations)Responsible for analyzing technical issues and providing appropriate solutionsResponsible for providing inputs to the Insurope Network Members in the preparation of their quotationsResponsible for providing inputs and expertise  to the Sales department with respect to the Multinational Accounts and Multinational Pooling IllustrationsResponsible for preparing statistics and figures for the Insurope Network Members and Sales departmentResponsible for preparing , on project basis, topics to be discussed at the Technical Committee meetingDiscuss deliverables and planning/timelines with all stakeholders (i.e. commercial/salespeople, network members, etc.)Maintaining existing tools (in Excel and Access) and testing of new developments Key QualificationsThree to five years of relevant experience in the Insurance and/or mathematics and/or economics and/or financial InstitutionsMinimum bachelor’s degree requiredKnowledge of VBA or other programming languages (a plus)Knowledge/Experience in (International) Employee Benefits (a plus)Knowledge/Experience in re-insurance systems (a plus)Graduate actuary (a plus) Skills RequiredFluency in English - other languages is an assetGreat sense of organization and planningGreat sense of figuresAccurate - Process-driven and attentive to detailCapable to work independently as well as in a groupHow to applyIf you are interested in applying for this position, please email your resume and a short cover letter to info@insurope.com clearly indicating “Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst” in the subject line.
