We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium. As Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be willing to relocate. A work permit is not provided. This position is open for employees and contractors. Candidates need to be fluent in English.Travel is not required for the interviews.Tasks and responsibilities:Preparation of business requirements and approval of specifications;Management of changes requests;Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries;Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders;Assistance with preparation of guidelines and training material;Assistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents;Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers;Participation in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;+5/+7/+9 years relevant experience in business analysis;Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage;Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis;Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;Ability to give business and technical presentations;Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;Analysis and problem solving skills;Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents;Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus;Fluent in EnglishInterested:Please send you CV to resume@all-european-careers.com.
