**Compensation & Benefits Consultant****:
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits consultant to support our client's HR team.

**Job description**:
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist service reports to the Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Reporting Manager.

**Compensation Management**
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our compensation packages are competitive within the industry.
- Support the annual salary review process, including benchmarking, salary adjustments, and communication to employees.

**Benefits Administration**
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, etc.
- Oversee the enrollment, renewal, and changes to employee benefits plans.

**Policy Compliance**
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with regulations.
- Maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

**Communication**
- Communicate the value and details of the compensation and benefits package.
- Handle sensitive issues related to compensation and benefits with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Criteria**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits expert or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and compensation management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Stakeholder management.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors.
