Work within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team.
- Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an 2 in-depth understanding of a specific business domain.
- Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or return of investment.
- Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint.
- Participate in project planning, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM).
- Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint.
- Organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint.
- Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs.
- May perform the role of a Scrum master
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of higher education or Masters Degree (Masters or equivalent)
- Minimum 9 years of working experience after higher education
- Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies Information Systems
- Experience in Agile
- Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle
- Very good knowledge of Java/JEE, SOAP, Maven, EJB, XSD, BPMN, jQuery, JavaScript, UML, PHP, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Hibernate, Spring, Oracle, MySQL, WebLogic, Tomcat, Websphere, Documentum, Coldfusion, RUP, Sonar, Hudson, Selenium, Alfresco CMS, Vaadin, Activiti, RTC (Jazz), SOA, Junit
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is mandatory, ITIL and Project management certifications are optional
- Very good level of English (B2 minimum)
