- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- from intake to offer
- Actively source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and move fast without compromising quality
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide hands-on support to the HR Lead across various HR domains (people ops, employer branding, learning, wellbeing, HR projects, etc.)
- Help improve and scale hiring processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to a people-first, inclusive, and international company culture Requirements: What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role
- Proven experience hiring in tech, engineering, or scaling environments is a strong plus
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on, proactive and flexible mindset
- Interest in broader HR topics beyond recruiting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling tech startup
- An open mindset that thrives in an inclusive, international environment
