Het Mobile WFM team implementeert de behoeften vanuit de verschillende processen in de nieuwe tools voor werkverdeling (Click FSE) en mobile apps voor terugkoppeling van gegevens vanuit het terrein. De lopende projecten binnen dit domein zijn de implementatie van CFSE (momenteel in uitrol), het gaskeurderportaal (momenteel in analyse / bouw fase) en de nieuwe mobiele apps (in opstart).
Deze projecten maken deel uit van een groter programma.
Als ICT PL werk je actief samen met de verschillende bovengenoemde teams maar ook met je collega ICT PL binnen het domein van SAP. Een goede samenwerking is noodzakelijk om over de ganse ketting een werkend geheel te krijgen. Alle applicaties binnen je verantwoordelijkheidsdomein hebben een integratie met één of meerdere SAP systemen (R3, S4).
**Technische context**
- Je hebt ruime ervaring in het werken binnen ICT gedreven projecten en hun deliverables binnen de verschillende
fases(Analyse,design,test,transitie,...).
- Je monitort continu de voortgang van het project en neemt de nodige initiatieven om het project binnen de gestelde
criteria (tijd, budget, kwaliteit) te laten verlopen, ook bij wijzigende context.
- Je beheert pro-actief de projectrisico’s en knelpunten en stelt hierbij de juiste diagnose en interpretatie
- Je verzekert een up-to-date status van het project op vlak van budget, tijd, scope, risico en knelpunten naar alle
stakeholders toe
- Je leidt het project volgens de binnen het bedrijf afgesproken methodologie en ziet erop toe dat deze consequent wordt
toegepast door de projectmedewerkers
- Je bewaakt de inhoudelijke afhankelijkheden met andere projecten binnen het programma.
- Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met analisten en projecten binnen de verschillende programma’s
- Je staat voor de initiatieven onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid in voor een correcte begeleiding en rapportering richting
eindgebruikers
- Je denkt pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht binnen een afgesproken scope.
- Je analyseert problemen en komt met efficiënte, eenvoudige oplossingen.
- Je bent diplomatisch en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je draagt bij tot een betere samenwerking door informatieuitwisseling met collega’s.
- Je staat open om multi-inzetbaar te zijn in functie van de evoluerende context en kan makkelijk om met wijzigende
omstandigheden
- Je bent inzetbaar vanuit de verschillende (hoofd)kantoren binnen Vlaanderen
Hogere opleiding (Master of Bachelor) met technische/engineering achtergrond of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden en begeleiden van ICT projecten - senior 5 jaar
Aantoonbare ervaring in technische omgevingen waarbinnen de projecten zich situeren
Aantoonabre ervaring met terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie (bv.Prince2, PMBok,)
Aantoonbare ervaring met Agile /Scrum
Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van ITIL
Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
