**Position Overview**

**Where will you work?** Nestlé’s offices in Brussels

**When will you start?** As from July 2025

**How long will it last?** 6 months

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Supporting our social calendar execution initiatives**:

- Content calendar planification
- Following-up on posts production
- Planning of the posts
- Providing activity summary and analysis

**Supporting our content production: creatives & content sourcing (with external agencies and internal creation team)**:

- Copywriting for social media ads by yourself
- Copywriting for website pages by yourself or external agency
- Complex designs done by our external agency
- Simple designs done by yourself
- Social video production by our external agency
- When the creatives or content are ready and validated you put them live on our YouTube channels and website

**Be the owner of the website optimization**:

- Pilot our website optimization (nestlebaby.be): work with the internal IT team involved, brand managers, SEO expert agency to change the content, create new ones to gain more visibility for the topics and products that matter for the business
- Coordinate new features integration to optimize the consumer journey

**Monitor and update the CRM communication**:

- Delight parents thanks to a CRM communication that is relevant at every stage of the baby
- Update the assets with the new products & content
- Follow up of the engagement

**What will make you successful?**
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, and fluent in English
- You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
- You possess copywriting skills
- You have a strong interest and knowledge of Social Media channels & content marketing
- You have a positive attitude, proactive, detail-oriented and consumer-oriented with good multitasking ability
- You are solution-oriented and a flexible self-starter who can quickly manage priorities
- Knowledge in graphic software is a plus
