As an Investor Relations Manager you will be part of Proximus’ Investor Relations team (IR), a communication channel towards the investment community and financial markets in general. You will be working in a small but dynamic team that acts as primary contact for investors and broker research analysts.
The Investor Relations team aims at broadening the shareholder interest and a fair share price through an ongoing communication, providing relevant information to the financial market.
More precisely, in the role of Investor Relations Manager you will report to the IR director with following responsibilities:
- Actively maintain a dialogue with investors /analysts and answer their questions in an appropriate way. Build a trust-based relationship.
- Manage the end-to-end process for the company-compiled consensus, manage market expectations and see to a high-quality outcome.
- Manage the full quarterly result process: set the timeline for all involved teams, gather and check all information, seek for explanations,
- Build IR presentations (quarterly/ad hoc/ company introduction)
- Ensure all information is consistent, correct and clear
- Participate in roadshows and conferences, either with CEO/CFO or IR-only.
- Process management & write IR section for Annual Report + general review of all other sections.
- Bring a digital touch so to enhance the efficiency of the IR team.
- Act as back up for the IR director
Profile
- Strong communication skills
- Strong financial understanding
- Analytical minded, results oriented, and an eye for precision
- Be discrete
- Good knowledge of (or eager to learn) all company activities
- Fluent English: speaking/writing
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, TM1 knowledge and Thinkcell is a plus
- Respecting strict deadlines
- Pro-active and sense for innovation
