**Functie**:
Als **Consultant in Compliance** bestaat jouw takenpakket uit volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je beheert diverse **groeibedrijven** op het vlak van **boekhouding, fiscaliteit en BTW, maand
- en jaarafsluitingen**. Je bespreekt niet alleen samen met je (nog meer) ervaren collega’s de voorbije resultaten met de klant, maar kijkt ook mee vooruit en draagt je expertise bij;
- Op kantoor **begeleid** je de meer junior collega’s vanuit je **vakkennis** en oefen je een **controlling functie** uit. Je ondersteunt je team met gefundeerd en gemotiveerd **advies** en bent de expert op wie zij steeds een beroep kunnen doen;
- Daarnaast bereid je **rapporteringen en jaarafsluitingen** voor;
- In functie van je **eigen ambitie en talenten** werk je meer **intern gericht** door ondersteuning te bieden aan het team, of je werkt meer **extern gericht** en focust je meer op klantrelaties.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **Consultant in Compliance** herken jij jezelf in onderstaande kwaliteiten:

- Je volgde een **boekhoudkundige opleiding** of studeerde in de richting van **accountancy**;
- Je hebt reeds enkele jaren **ervaring** op je teller (3 tot 7 jaren) in een boekhoud-/accountancykantoor;
- Daarnaast krijg je energie van **samenwerken** in groepsverband, zowel met minder ervaren, als met meer ervaren collega’s;
- Qua persoonlijkheid ben je iemand die graag **actie** onderneemt, **verantwoordelijkheid** neemt en een goede **communicator** is die zowel kan luisteren, als dingen kritisch in vraag stelt en de dialoog durft aan te gaan met collega’s en klanten. Je bent zoals je andere collega’s **positief ingesteld** en **people-minded**.
