Reporting to the Global CPG Client Delivery Director the **Client Delivery Manager** is responsible for leading a dynamic team of Solution Architects, Project Managers, and internal collaborators. This person will be ensuring seamless delivery of projects, meeting customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations and will be doing so located **remotely in Europe.**

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Lead and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation that propels us to new heights.
- Be the go-to senior consultant for our customers, orchestrating project success by setting clear expectations and act as an industry expert bringing solutions to the unique challenges of the industry
- Fuel your team's success by skillfully navigating client requests, striking the perfect balance between client needs and project objectives.
- Collaborate with forward-thinking departments like R&D, CloudOps, and Support, influencing the trajectory of our projects with innovation at the forefront.
- Partner with the customer success team for internal coordination of activities
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales team in scoping new projects, setting client expectations, and ensuring a smooth handover to Deployment team
- Showcase your skills in managing escalations, issues, and conflicts, ensuring seamless collaboration between Esko and customer project teams.
- Drive the risk assessment process with precision, providing guidance and coaching to identify and conquer technical and business risks.
- Lead with strong Project Governance by being the architect of effective project resourcing and timely delivery, removing roadblocks and ensuring project success with adequate steerco governance and by upholding Esko's commitment to quality standards in the build phase, minimizing re-work, and elevating customer satisfaction through best practices and peer reviews.
- Help the team to develop and grow by identifying skill gaps within the team and recommending development paths, including tailored technical and business-related training, fostering continuous growth.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Proven Leadership: Demonstrate at least 5 years of leadership experience in business process or asset management technology solution architecture.
- Industry Expertise: Ideally, bring your experience in the software implementation / digital transformation projects in the packaging domain, with exposure to Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) as a definite plus.
- Continuous Improvement: Exhibit a strong ability to identify gaps in process and develop strategies to mitigate their effects.
- Client-Centric Approach: Highlight your track record of providing professional services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail customers, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaboration Champion: Highlight your background in multi-functional team collaboration, understanding services businesses, and implementing successful implementation methodologies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Willingness to Travel: Embrace occasional national and regional travel
