We ontwerpen en produceren premium stickers en folies voor uiteenlopende toepassingen, van marketing en fleet graphics tot logistieke en industriële identificatie.

- **Jouw rol**
- Als **Production & Planning Manager** ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een van onze productieafdelingen. Je stuurt een team van ongeveer tien operatoren aan, organiseert de dagelijkse planning en zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte productieflow.
- Meer dan een planner ben je een **people leader**: je motiveert, coacht en ontwikkelt je team zodat iedereen optimaal kan presteren. Samen met de teamcoach bouw je aan een positieve en resultaatgerichte werkcultuur.
- Je bewaakt de planning en productieflow en zorgt voor optimale afstemming tussen productie, sales en operations. Je maakt deel uit van het **Production Management Team** en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de **Operations Director.**-
- **Verantwoordelijkheden**- Dagelijkse aansturing, motivatie en coaching van het productieteam
- Efficiënte organisatie van het werk en duidelijke prioriteiten bepalen
- Uitwerken, opvolgen en bijsturen van productieplanningen
- Stimuleren van kwaliteit, productiviteit en tijdige leveringen
- Procesverbeteringen identificeren en implementeren
- Nauwe samenwerking met sales, planning en logistiek
- Waarborgen van veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de afdeling
- Rapporteren van resultaten en verbeteracties aan het management- **Jouw profiel**- Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in productie/operations management
- Ervaring in het** aansturen van een productie-team**
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden: hands-on, communicatief en resultaatgericht
- Goede kennis van productieprocessen en kwaliteitsnormen
- Analytisch, gestructureerd en stressbestendig
- Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Vlot in **Nederlands, Frans en Engels**
- Ervaring met ERP- en planningssoftware is een pluspunt
