Louis Vuitton is looking for an experienced and solutions orientated HR Business Partner to join its Client Services team (approx.. 300 employees).

By developing innovative and engaging talent attraction strategies, you will directly recruit through the utilization of all available tools e.g. social media, our website, industry bodies and university partnerships thus ensuring that all open roles are successfully filled and with the most appropriate hire. Working in close partnership with our Management team, you will also be accountable for the close monitoring of resources planning and FTE, support with all development conversation, succession and mobility plans while also deploying proactive employee relations and employee engagement strategies throughout the business. In this sense, you will be meeting regularly with employees to understand their path, needs and expectations, while also activating if needed the first steps of any disciplinary action.

You will also be the master of HR Admin for your scope, ensuring data accuracy in all HRIS, a smooth onboarding and offboarding process, while digitalizing as many actions as possible. Together with the Payroll Specialist, you will ensure an accurate data collection and processing, so employees can enjoy all their compensation and perks at the right time and in the right way. Finally, you will contribute to all relevant updates and reporting as to track the activity of the HR team and its compliance with any rule in vigor.

PROFIL

In order to be considered for this role you must have solid recruitment experience preferably gained from within consultancy and/or in-house capacity, and/or HR generalist background, with demonstrable experience of developing bespoke recruitment strategies for a wide spectrum of roles.

With an acute attention to detail, ability to build solid working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders, you will have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Previous people management experience is an asset, along with the ability to work in a fast paced and evolving work environment. Ideally you will have a proven track record in managing highly successful recruitment campaigns, succession plans, employee relations support, employee engagement activities, training and development programmes.
