Seald’s Project Managers are the backbone of the organization. If you are an ambitious

This is what
we expect
from a Project Manager
- As a Seald project manager you are

responsible for the projects assigned to you.
You are in close contact with all
stakeholders, such as architects,
contractors, the departments of spatial
planning of the municipalities, notaries, real
estate office;
- Your role and responsibilities start during

the acquisition phase, where your advice is
of added value;
- Your main domain is the entire process

from concept, design, permit process, the
tendering contract with the external
contractors to the delivery and after sales
when the project is purchased. During the
entire process you manage to meet
deadlines and budgets;
- You make sure that every project

responds to the needs of the clients, and
that the business of Seald can grow in a
healthy way;
- You critically evaluate the financial aspect

of the project, but you always keep in mind
the needs and vision of the client and
Seald;
- You manage and coordinate the work of

an internal (colleagues) and external team
(suppliers);
- Most importantly you keep steering the

project in the right direction, overcoming
obstacles, and delivering on time. A fine
example of good project management.

Who are
YOU?
- You hold a bachelor or master’s degree

(preferably civil engineering or
architecture);
- You have a relevant first experience in

design, development, or project-based
working. You can work in an efficient and
structured way and ensures that deadlines
are being met;
- You are a confident user of AutoCAD, MS

**Projects, and MS Office software packages**:
Word, PowerPoint, Outlook but mainly
Excel;
- You have a positive, problem-solving,

“can do” attitude. Who can motivate and
align all stakeholders in your project and
challenge yourself and partners to think
out-of-the-box;
- You can communicate clearly and

persuasive at all levels (authorities, sales
partners, contractors) in Dutch and English.
French is an asset;
- You can work independently with a sense

of initiative and ownership. At the same
time, you are a team player who is open to
the input of team members to achieve the
agreed objectives together;
- You have strong reporting skills;
- You are flexible in a very fast changing

environment with a pragmatic and nononsense mentality.
