Conac biedt dienstverlening aan grote pensioenfondsen. Eind 2017 werd Conac overgenomen door AG Insurance waarbij Conac blijft opereren als onafhankelijke entiteit. Hierdoor combineren we de dynamiek van een KMO met de ondersteuning van AG Insurance als kenniscentrum

**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Je neemt actief deel aan verschillende projecten voor pensioenfondsen en grote ondernemingen:

- Je geeft consulting aan de klant over:

- Het Financieringsplan, SIP, ALM, continuiteitstoets, herverzekering,;
- De design van pensioenreglementen en de implementatie van nieuwe pensioenplannen;
- De impact van nieuwe pensioenwetgeving, FSMA circulaires,;
- M&A, 80% grens, eenheidsstatuut enz.
- Je bent de business owner van een aantal klanten en zorgt voor:

- Een helicopterview over alle werkzaamheden van jouw klanten;
- Periodieke overleggen met jouw klanten;
- Het actuarieel beheer van pensioenfondsen (actuariële evaluaties, rapporten, adviezen, opvolging van de funding en van de technische voorzieningen;
- De IFRS/IAS berekeningen en rapporteringen;
- De high level analyse van klant specifieke wijzigingen;
- De documentatie van de processen.
- Je neemt deel aan interne en externe opleidingen en je maakt deel uit van interne werkgroepen over actuariële onderwerpen.
- Je analyseert nieuwe wetgeving en FSMA circulaires/standpunten.
- Je zorg voor een kritische analyse van business processen: je neemt initiatieven om optimalisatie/efficiëntiewinsten te bereiken.
- Je werkt samen met je collega’s in een team om via een goede samenwerking aan elke klant een optimale en correcte dienstverlening te leveren.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je beschikt over een Master in de Actuariële Wetenschappen, Master in de Wiskunde, Master in de Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Master in de Informatica of gelijkwaardig.
- Je hebt circa 10 jaar ervaring idealiter in actuariële consulting.
- Je bent communicatief en sociaalvaardig en kan ideeën op een heldere en gestructureerde manier overbrengen naar anderen.
- Je hebt een sterk analytische en kritische geest.
- Als consultant kan je een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwen met de klant en heb je een klantgerichte houding in elk aspect van je job.
- Je hebt een goede teamgeest en je werkt graag samen met collega’s uit verschillende departementen.
- Je beschikt over een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent in staat om opdrachten zelfstandig aan te pakken. Organisatorische vaardigheden en het stellen van prioriteiten zijn hierbij belangrijk.
- Je bent tweetalig in het Nederlands en Frans.
