**Description du poste**
En tant que **Collaborateur Inside Sales**, vous êtes en contact avec des clients ayant manifesté leur intérêt pour nos services via notre site internet ou par téléphone.
Vous analysez leurs besoins, leur fournissez les bonnes informations, élaborez des offres commerciales et les accompagnez dans le démarrage de leur dossier.

**Qualifications** Vos responsabilités**:

- Contacter les clients qui ont sollicité des informations
- Identifier leurs besoins et leur proposer des solutions adaptées
- Rédiger et assurer le suivi des offres commerciales
- Répondre aux questions des clients ou les rediriger vers le bon interlocuteur
- Encoder et mettre à jour les informations dans notre système CRM

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme ou disposez d’une expérience en vente, communication ou marketing
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils numériques
- Vous êtes orienté(e) client, clair(e) dans votre communication et professionnel(le)
- Vous savez garder votre calme en situation de stress et travaillez de manière rigoureuse
