Als **Inside Sales Medewerker** help je klanten die via onze website of telefoon interesse tonen in onze diensten. Je neemt contact op met hen, luistert naar wat ze nodig hebben en helpt hen verder met informatie, offertes of het opstarten van hun dossier.

Je werkt vooral via telefoon, mail en onze computerprogramma’s, en doet dit in samenwerking met je collega’s van het sales
- en marketingteam.
**Functie-eisen** Wat ga je precies doen?**
- Klanten bellen die informatie vroegen via de website
- Luisteren naar hun noden en uitleg geven over onze diensten
- Offertes opmaken en opvolgen
- Vragen van klanten beantwoorden en doorsturen naar de juiste collega
- Alles goed bijhouden in ons computersysteem (CRM)

**Aanvullende informatie** Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een diploma of ervaring in verkoop, communicatie of marketing
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je ook goed uitdrukken in Frans en Engels
- Je werkt graag met de computer
- Je bent vriendelijk, duidelijk en klantgericht
- Je blijft rustig onder druk en werkt nauwkeurig
