Due to expanding in Belgium, Kadans Science Partner is strengthening our team by looking for a Technical Property Manager who would be able to join as soon as possible. You will be reporting to our Head of Property Management in the Netherlands.

Tasks

In the position of Technical Property Manager, you and the Property management team on site are the points of contact for tenants and suppliers of our buildings in Belgium.

Together with the team, you ensure that the processes function optimally within the set of frameworks. You are critical and continuously working on improvement, in which cooperation (both with colleagues from the various departments and with our tenants) is central.

**Location**: Louvain-la-Neuve and remote

Main Responsibilities
- Full management of commercial real estate (focus on the combination of laboratory and office use) in cooperation with the external Property management department;
- Determination and assessment of the property’s condition and maintenance requirements;
- Tendering and awarding of services and work. Control and monitoring of external parties;
- Project management;
- Preparation and maintenance of technical property budgets;
- Preparation of budget and Capex approvals;
- Reporting the performance of the Belgian portfolio on a monthly basis;
- Cost controlling and auditing;
- Support for tenants and Property management on technical issues.

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone with**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate property management or facility management/construction management;
- A degree in construction or engineering;
- Good language capabilities in French and Dutch, and if possible also in English.
