At Greenomy, our mission is to accelerate the global transition to a sustainable economy. We want to empower companies and financial services to measure, analyse, plan and execute their sustainability objectives while enabling them to efficiently & effectively comply with regulations.
The position is responsible for supporting a positive quality improvement culture, underpinned by effective Quality and Risk Management Frameworks. The position leads, advises and monitors accreditation cycles and processes, quality improvement initiatives, risk management, process and system development and protocols and guidelines across Greenomy.
The position is the key point of contact and provides knowledge and support to the various departments within scope of this role.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Lead and execute ISO27001 and ISO9001 implementation project end-to-end
- Lead the implementation of an ISMS & QMS (i.e.: IMS)
- Lead Greenomy’s GDPR, privacy, and data protection compliance as company’s DPO (policy, procedure, audit)
- Lead and execute any further certification Greenomy management decides to achieve
- Champions the internal and external audit program, lead audits, and prepare the staff for external audits and ensure audit findings are closed out in a timely manner
- Support in pre-sales in the context of Greenomy-information security-services
- Support PMO in delivering both internal and external projects;
- Participating in information security community-building and sharing knowledge
- Participating in internal business development for security-services
- Act as a trusted partner & coach towards internal and/or external customers
- Identifies and leads quality related continuous improvement efforts with the cross-functional teams
- Implement awareness training or other related topics (security, data privacy) where relevant

Your key relationships will be:
- internal: the whole IT team and all staff members of Greenomy
- external: auditors, customers and suppliers
You will report to the Head of IT.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience in IT (Security) Consulting. Relevant certificates are an asset
- You are familiar with known security frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001:2013, COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework,)
- You are familiar with known quality frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma,)
- Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC is a plus
- ISO 27001-Lead Implementer or Auditor certification by an accredited certification body combined with relevant experience, is a huge plus

- Previous experience in an ever-growing environment with a solid focus on business and technical comprehension
- Practical understanding of SaaS technologies and system architectures in general
- Strong interpersonal and customer service-oriented skills;
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Languages: Excellent level of written and spoken English (C1)
