If you are looking to be inspired, grow, work hard, and have fun, then don't hesitate to apply. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Under the supervision of an Account Manager, you handle your clients' projects and are responsible for the day-to-day work. - Support the development of communications, presentations, and proposals for your client and actively participate in conversations. - Develop the agenda and organize for client and internal meetings. - Develop presentation materials for client meetings, events, and activity wrap-up reports. - Identify and secure help on emerging account problems. - Support team in developing and presenting new business programs for potential and existing clients - Work with your team to deliver work with great content at heart. - Manage basic projects or aspects of larger campaigns independently and coordinate project delivery with client and agency teams. - Manage key aspects of projects - in collaboration with the Account Manager - such as time plan, scope, status updates, and finance tracker. **PROFILE**: Experience Required: - 1-3 years of experience in the marketing or communications industry. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus. - Young talent with an internship experience is welcome to apply. - Perfectly fluent in Dutch & English. French is a plus. - Strong aptitude for project management: timings, scopes, deadlines, etc. - Strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented. - Team player. Good communicator. Aptitude for presentations. - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair. Curious. Multi-tasker.
