Un aperçu de vos responsabilités:
- **Conctact client **:Vous réceptionnez les clients, que ce soit en personne, via téléphone ou par mail.
- **Sales **:Vous** **conseillez les clients par rapport à leurs demandes, vous faites du cross selling et vous n’avez pas peur de prendre le téléphone pour des contacts commerciaux.
- **Administration** : La majorité de vos tâches consiste en la création des offres et les suivis des commandes, l’insertion dans l’ERP et la communication avec vos clients, pour qui vous êtes considéré comme un réel partenaire.

Votre profil est le suivant?:
- Vous êtes un vrai **teamplayer**, vous aimez **échanger avec vos collègues**, travailler en équipe et idéalement avec une touche d’humour ??
- Vous avez l’esprit commercial, vous aimez le contact client et travailler dans le **secteur technique** ne vous fait pas peur.
- Vous avez une **excellent maitrise du français**, et une bonne maitrise du néerlandais ou de l’anglais.
