Your team and your responsibilities: **Team description** Newly created BSD GR business planning team is responsible to develop sustainable business model with integration of GR motorsports into mass market activities on Pan-E basis. (To protect Motorsports gemba and contribute to "Ever-better car".) **Your responsibilities** Mainly working on "Bring Carbon Neutrality to Motorsports" (Gemba/R&D) area. - (Hoshin) Bring multipath technology to make Motorsports Carbon Neutral and increase partners, For example: - Plan and implement demonstration in Motorsports to engage wide audience and customers. (e.g. H2 ICE and CN fuel vehicles, FC Gensets, H2/FCEV solution for transportation, etc.). - (Hoshin) Bring Motorsports methodology and agility to production models’ development, For example: - Plan and lead development of CN technology in Motorsports together with wide range of stakeholders, such as TME R&D/TGR-E/TGR-WRT/TMC GR Company/TMC H2 Factory. (e.g. H2 ICE and CN fuel vehicles). Your Profile: - You are fluent in English (TME business language) If you are fluent in Japanese at a native or business level, it will be ideal.
