Manage and monitor on day-to-day basis the endpoint, conditional access, etc.
- Support the rest of the product teams in their daily tasks.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies (where needed).
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.
- Train the rest of the product team to support the solution.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
**Requirements**:
- Proven **working experience** in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting **Microsoft Intune**.
- Experience with endpoint management, policy configuration and deployment, certificate integration and **integration with SCCM** (hybrid configuration/co-management).
- Solid experience in the administration of **Microsoft 365 solutions**, with a particular attention to Azure AD, Intune and/or Exchange online.
- Solid experience with conditional access management and app protection
- Solid experience with MTR management from Intune, BYOD management and integration of Windows, Apple and Android systems into Intune.
- Experience with monitoring and deployment systems.
- Solid Scripting and PowerShell skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
**Additional information**:
- Location: Brussels, and Berlin occasionally (Travel costs will be paid by the client).
- Work regime: fulltime
