Wat je zal doen
- Je volgt alle taken van de organisatie op en controleert de planning, prioriteiten en de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk;
- Je maakt forecasts van de werktijden op korte en lange termijn, met het oog op eventueel inzetten van externe partners;
- Je plant en coördineert de activiteiten van een 10-tal medewerkers en verzorgt de begeleiding van externe specialisten en leveranciers voor de opdrachten;
- Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie van de taken in het systeem en zorgt voor rapportering naar het management.;
- Je verwerft inzicht in de processen van de afdeling en hun interactie met andere afdelingen, met het oog op continue verbetering van bestaande processen;
Wie we zoeken
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een hogere opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt een uitgebreide ervaring met het begeleiden van projecten en het plannen en coördineren van taken;
- Je bent pragmatisch, gemotiveerd en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Het organiseren van anderen en je eigen werk om gevraagde doelstellingen te behalen kent voor jou geen geheimen;
- Je kan zowel autonoom als in team werken. Je rapporteert nauwgezet en op een discrete manier;
- Je kan correct communiceren in het Nederlands en Frans;
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
