Your taste profile
As a Global Brand Manager, you’ll be part of a passionate, hands-on team that sets the tone and direction for our brands around the world. You will:
- Craft and protect global brand strategies, ensuring consistent positioning, and identity across all markets.
- Balance long-term vision with short-term impact, turning strategic insights into actionable, high-performing campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional projects from start to finish, overseeing everything from campaign concept and development to crafting the media strategy that brings it to life.
- Collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams (local marketing, supply chain, finance & R&D) and external partners (agencies, media and other stakeholders)
Your Ingredients
- A master’s degree in economics, management, or similar.
- Around 5 years of experience in brand management -FMCG or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- A true insights-driven brand manager, you blend analytical thinking with curiosity and creativity to transform data into meaningful brand actions.
- Strong understanding of category dynamics and market trends to shape long-term brand vision.
- A proven track record in campaign development, not just execution. You must have a creative eye and intuitive feel for brands.
- Experience in innovation management, leading project-based initiatives from concept to market execution.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills— you know how to align, influence, and lead across diverse teams and cultures.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you’re agile, hands-on, and opportunity-driven.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines embracing change and navigating complexity.
- A growth mindset: you’re curious, passionate, and always looking to learn and grow.
