**Doelstelling**:
De functie van Project Lead situeert zich binnen de project-cel van de supporterende afdeling Quality Operations Business. Deze afdeling biedt ondersteuning aan de verschillende subafdelingen van de Quality Operations groep.

Binnen deze functie zal je voor één (of meerdere) projecten effectief het mandaat hebben als projectleider. Het hoofdproject is de implementatie van een nieuw quality tracking platform. Dit nieuwe platform wordt uitgerold binnen pfizer en dient in Puurs geïmplementeerd te worden. Dit platform zal gebruikt worden voor het opstarten, opvolgen en afsluiten van changes, deviaties, klachten, CAPA's,...

Tijdens uitvoering van de projecten zal de lead bijzondere aandacht besteden aan de vertaling van de '˜ voice of the customer' in concrete project doelstellingen, waarbij hij/zij sterk waakt over de technische haalbaarheid van deze doelstellingen.

Hij/Zij stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan en geeft bijzondere aandacht aan communicatie tussen de project subteams en de project stakeholders. Als project lead valt de communicatie naar Global afdelingen mee in scope van jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

**Voornaamste taken**:

- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en tijdige afwerking van de project deliverables
- Aansturen en coachen van je project team (indirect leidinggeven)
- Opstellen, beheer en onderhoud van de project planning
- Briefen en debriefen van jouw stakeholders (eindgebruikers, program lead, project subteams, taskforces, management & directie, coördination team QO ,)
- Beheer van overall project budget
