**Customs Manager**

**About the role**:
As a Customs Manager, you will be responsible for managing Operational teams across Belgium and the compliance team. You will do this specifically for exports & imports of our various divisions (Road, Air & Sea & Solutions)

**Responsibilities**:

- You are a real people manager, managing and supervising the department is extremely important and set clear processes within your teams.
- You are responsible for License infrastructure (AEO), duty payments, services towards customers.
- You ensure optimization of the department and think along with the development of future strategies.
- You are the main contact for Customs Authorities, international back-office management and divisional management.
- You work closing with branch managers to meet service standards for our customers.
- You are responsible for compliance, internal and external audits.
- You are also involved in divers customs projects and training off staff.

**Are you the perfect match?**
- You have several years of experience as supervisor or manager within transport and logistics (Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Customs,) and you have a strong knowledge of customs (documents).
- You have knowledge of NL & ENG, FR is a plus
- You have a good and professional communication style, you are honest & straightforward
