Wil jij jouw organisatorische en administratieve talenten inzetten in een dynamische juridische omgeving? Dan is de job van Legal Assistant bij onze klant in Brussel iets voor jou Solliciteer en versterk ons team
Jouw takenpakket als Legal Assistant omvat:
- Je verwerkt juridische adviezen, documenten, rapporten en correspondentie
- Je beheert agenda’s, volgt deadlines op (vooral proceduregebonden termijnen) en organiseert zakenreizen, seminaries en conference calls
- Je volgt baliegerelateerde zaken op
- Je doet de opvolging van telefoons met cliënten en juridische diensten
- Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding en controle van timesheets en facturatie vóór overdracht aan de Billing Partner
**Profiel**
**Jouw profiel als Legal Assistant**:
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor in Office Management, Management Assistant, Secretariaat of gelijkwaardig niveau. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur in een advocatenkantoor
- Je bent vlot tweetalig (NL/FR) en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office (vooral Word en PowerPoint); ervaring met Delex is een pluspunt
- Je durft prioriteiten te stellen, beslissingen te nemen en bent sterk in communicatie
