**Duties**:
Position is primary Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) staff member responsible for programming and executing the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Training Program, worth approximately $17 million per year for Belgium and Luxembourg. Position manages the vetting and administrative processing of Belgian and Luxembourg military personnel attending training and education courses in the U.S. under FMS programs. Position requires daily contact with human resource offices in the Belgian and Luxembourg Ministries of Defense, training officers, program managers, and allied nation students, as well as the U.S. Military Services that manage, schedule, and conduct international training.

Position completes administrative tasks associated with host nation student processing, facilitating attendance at over 50 individual courses and training events annually by more than 120 Belgian and Luxembourg military personnel, encompassing a wide variety of career field courses, weapon systems training, and professional military education programs.

**Qualifications and Evaluations**:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum three (3) years working in an office environment, collaborating with team members, accomplishing tasks with mínimal supervision under established deadlines, managing programs or projects, conducting related research and coordinating activities with other people or offices.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: Basic understanding of government structures and institutions in the U.S., Belgium, and Luxembourg is required. This includes organization of the military and the broad types of training and education activities that take place within military services.

Two years of college/university degree.

LANGUAGE: Fluency in English. Good working knowledge in French or Dutch. This may be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to conduct on-line research, use Microsoft Office programs, navigate data bases and perform data entry. Possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated clear and concise oral and written communication. Ability to coordinate the scheduling and sequencing of events with multiple offices and individuals. Ability to work projects under strict timelines. This may be tested.
