**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a copywriter / content creator who can help us on a wide range of various projects. As our new copywriter, you will be 100% involved in the daily operation at Immoweb and involved in the execution of various tasks. In this position, you will be working closely with the whole marketing team as well as with other departments. You will be involved in new projects from the beginning, so you understand and translate the action points into clear communications. Wordpress is not new to you, as you will become the main manager of our Blog.

The role will be perfect for a go-getter with a positive can-do attitude, flexible, and a good team-player able to deliver through change and a matrix organisation. Ability to work independently and self-starter attitude are requirements to succeed in this role.

**The responsibilities/tasks**
- You will be the main manager of our blog, making sure that we have every week new content and that everything works smoothly in the frontend as well as the backend of our Wordpress.
- You are a good translator and not afraid of some translation jobs or revising texts.
- As our main content planner, you follow the real estate market and come up with some new ideas in terms of content, communications and social media.
- You actively contribute to the yearly content plan of Immoweb, thinking further ahead than next week’s press release
- You know your target audience; how they are best addressed, what they would like to read, and what makes them hit the CTA-button.
- You find it easy to choose images or documents to illustrate an article, keeping our brand guidelines in mind.
- You will work closely with our designer and you find it easy to explain to her how you see your text visualised.

**Qualifications**:
**The profile requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven working experience as a copywriter / content creator
- Good language skills; you are fluent in English and (Dutch or French), both spoken as well as written. Knowledge of the third language (French or Dutch) is a plus.
- You are a grammar soldier and you see a typo or spelling error from miles away
- You are not afraid from some translation jobs. You know exactly what you want to achieve with your text and how, depending on your target audience.
- You are at home in all markets. From artificial intelligence (Chat GPT) to Wordpress. From ads to white papers. From SEO to conversion.
- You are a strong communicator. You dare to ask questions, think along actively and dare to say no if necessary.
- You have full ownership over your projects and you take initiative.
- You can work well in both a team environment as well as independently, and this to tight deadlines.
- You have a helicopter view as well as an eye for detail.
- You are a good listener and know what’s living in the other departments or with the other brands / entities
- You are a creative mind with experience in translating ideas into feasible actions for target audiences
- You are an enthusiastic, open minded & a straight-forward communicator, who has a good sense of humour.
- You have a strong eye for business and an understanding of the key drivers for success across global teams within a hyper-growth technology company
- Ability to work in and be sensitive to a multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities and working across borders
- Excellent organizational awareness and time management skills with a pro-active thinker and do-er mentality.
