Main Responsibilities
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

The specific tasks / activities under this request are:
Analysis of business requirements and business processes
Assist in the elaboration and/or validation of various project documents elaborated by the
internal team or system supplier (e.g. business analysis document, project initiation request,
project charter, business case, architecture overview, vision documents, user guides or help
desk related documentation)
Elaborate business analysis documents, gap analysis documents, write user stories and use cases
Analyse and assist in the validation of the solution proposed for the implementation of the
identified requirements
Assist in the elaboration of test plans and test cases by providing specific business knowledge when required
techniques.
REQUIRED SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
More specifically, the required specific expertise includes:
Very good knowledge and experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case
diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, BPMN or UML or other with equivalent
value)
Knowledge of software development project methodologies (e.g. PMP, PM², Agile, Kanban)
Proven experience and strong capacity in producing high quality clear and structured reports / studies / end-user or business analysis or other technical documents in English
Excellent communication skills in English; strong capacity to facilitate workshops and
deliver presentations to business and IT audiences
Experience with document management and long-term digital preservation would be
desirable
Capability of working autonomously in an international and multicultural environment.
Desirable: business analysis or business process management certification (i.e. IREB, BPMN 2.0, etc.)**Important**
