Samsung’s B2B Mobile sales organization (MX) is seeking a Key Account Manager NPC (KAM) to drive growth through the development and expansion of customer and channel relationships in different market segments. The role of the KAM adds value to Samsung and to their customers by delivering a well managed and growing business for the Belgian market space. The Samsung KAM B2B is responsible for driving yearly revenue targets and long-term revenue through all market segments for NPC business.
**Rôle et Responsabilités**
**Development of existing Verticals Accounts and channel partners: Build strong customer relationships (30% of time)**
- Understanding of the market approach of Microsoft - Intel - Google - Quantum
- Work closely and collaborate with the Vertical Account Manager and Channel Account Managers to develop NPC within their accounts.
- Position Samsungs’ B2B NPC portfolio with the Channel Account Manager at our managed resellers and operators.
- Training our managed resellers on the complete line-up
- Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications (Government)
- Develop and maintain broad and deep customer partnerships that involve building relationships at the C- level and expanding relationships outside of IT
- Build relationships with end customers through all verticals
- Inform end customers by organizing quarterly roadmap sessions
- Ownership of any issues and escalation
- Ensure the right solutions and activities are provided to the accounts and act as the point of contact within the organization to feedback specific needs with regards to your accounts solutions needs.
**Acquisition of new Vertical Accounts: Identify and win new key Accounts (30% of time)**:
- Develop and build up new channel partners into Samsung’s strategic direction
- Identify and win new accounts that can help to increase coverage in the different target segments
- Works with the rest of the Samsung B2B team (PM, channel, biddesk etc.) to offer the right solutions and help in the execution of the strategy.
- Develops the value proposition to different accounts
- Close opportunities by continuously reinforcing business value
- Ownership of the acquisition process for all new accounts
**Achieve key business goals including revenue quotas and reporting (40% of time)**:
- Manage sales results, progress and forecast reporting for the product category
- Create strategic and actionable account/vertical plans that define a clear growth strategy
- Monitor and report per vertical sales
- Develop and manage a healthy and predictable pipeline that includes qualified opportunities
- Research and share intelligence on customers and their respective markets with other members of the sales team and internally at Samsung
- Coordinates demand generation activities and ensure proper allocation of sales qualified leads
**Skills and Qualifications**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5-8 years successful experience managing NPC in a growing business
- Minimum of 5 years of selling in the appropriate verticals
- Experience working with senior and executive level management in top 500 accounts and the ability to map a customers’ business need to technology solutions
- Ability to develop a market entry strategy and action plan.
- Solution and product knowledge: understanding of solutions and needs
- Market knowledge and experience: understands the vertical business drivers including key behaviors and strategies to engage
- Vertical network at all level of the organizations from C level to IT heads. Strong understanding of their needs and business models and requirements. Knowledge of the partners active in a specific segment.
- Experience driving opportunities, managing a sales pipeline and exceeding quota within nominated market segment
- Customer focus: demonstrates concern for meeting and exceeding needs of customers
- Teamwork: works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals
- Business acumen and agility: Ability to articulate the business value of Samsung B2B and position them in competitive scenarios
- Effective engagement & communication: effective time management, account management and communication skills
- Language skills: trilingual Dutch, French & English
