2021 was een goed jaar voor de SBEP. Op één jaar tijd verkochten we onze diensten aan 300 bedrijven. We moeten je dus niet vertellen dat we een straf salesteam hebben. En dat straffe salesteam is op zoek naar een nieuwe Business Developer.

Heb je affiniteit met HR en al zijn aspecten? Heb je een passie voor sales? Heb je nog niet veel ervaring in sales/Account Management? Dan kan dit wel eens je kans zijn om er een mooie carrière van te maken.

Als Business Developer, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.
Na een grondige interne opleiding, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van onze diensten.
Jouw taak is om nieuwe klanten binnen te halen. Je adviseert ook onze klant en luistert naar hun noden & wensen.

Als Business Developer:

- Je contacteert prospecten en vertelt hen met jouw enthousiasme over onze diensten.
- Je zorgt een een eerste grondige intake (on-site/Videocall/Telefonische intake).
- Je luistert naar de klant zijn behoefte en biedt professioneel advies.
- Je maakt offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat je verslagen correct genoteerd worden.
- Je beheert een klantenportefeuille.
- Als je klanten vragen hebben, dan ben jij de eerste die hen zal verder helpen.
- Je beheert je eigen agenda.

Profiel:

- Je bent een doorzetter en werkt graag richting resultaat.
- Je bent iemand die mensen kan overtuigen.
- Jouw manier van aanpakken is adviserend en begeleidend.
- Je bent iemand die goed zelfstandig kan werken.
- Naast het Nederlands, beheers je ook het Engels (en/of Frans).
