Network & Security Administrator - Join a Dynamic IT Team

Our partner is looking for a Network & Security Administrator to join their IT team and take charge of maintaining and securing their network and server infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud.
**Your Role**:
Install and manage network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and Windows servers (on-prem & cloud).
Monitor and secure IT infrastructure, identifying risks and preventing cyber threats.
Troubleshoot network and system issues, ensuring stability and efficiency.
Manage backup & disaster recovery strategies.
Improve IT governance by developing security policies and best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest IT & cybersecurity trends and recommend improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues when needed.
**Your Skills & Expertise**:
Strong knowledge of network security, protocols, and firewalls (Cisco experience is a plus).
Expertise in Windows servers, Active Directory (Azure & local), and VMware.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 security solutions (Defender, Intune, Sentinel, etc.).
Familiarity with SQL, Veeam, and automation (PowerShell scripting) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle IT security challenges.
**Your Profile**:
5-7 years of experience in network & system administration.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security detection systems.
Strong documentation & policy-writing skills for IT governance.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Team player with great communication and organizational skills.
Open to occasional work outside regular hours for IT maintenance.
