We are excited to grow our team with an Implementation Consultant to implement practical, state-of-the-art web-to-print and automation solutions for our international customer-base.

**About the job**

You are the go-to person for all technical aspects of the pre-sales and implementation process at Four Pees.

You provide pre-sales and post-sales information to resellers, system integrators, consultants and end-users. This includes investigating project needs, specifying appropriate software / professional services and prompt and detailed communication about the best solution.

You empower our sales team and reseller channel by performing workflow analysis and creating technical specifications they can use that enable sales, providing web-based demos and training as well as trainings in our offices or at their premises.

**Responsibilities**
- Cooperate with team-members and clients on project descriptions, quotes, project implementations and more.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the technical sales and implementation process
- Provide timely account status reporting both to customers and management.
- Provide web-based or regular training.
**About you**
- Bachelor degree in graphic arts or IT.
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in an equivalent or relevant position. While the actual number of years isn’t the most important; we require good analytical skills and a broad experience with multiple solutions (not necessarily those distributed by Four Pees).
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, in English. Equal French skills are highly valued. Additional language skills such as Spanish, Italian or Dutch are an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and flexibly while setting correct priorities.
- Customer-oriented, solution-minded problem solver, focused on providing solutions to your customer and following through until the customer is satisfied.
- Flexibility to travel (mainly within Europe) for 10 to 20% of the time.
- Experience with the following:

- PDF, PDF preflighting
- Workflow and automation solutions
- Project management & approval solutions
- Color management tools, proofing tools
- Linux / Unix
- Scripting
