**The DELACRE group**

DELACRE is an international agri-food company specialized in biscuits encompassing in France and Belgium all Delacre-Délichoc brand products. The Delacre brand is also distributed in many foreign countries including Germany, the United States, Canada, Mexico.

Present in the biscuit market, we have nearly 600 employees who contribute to success of our brands around the world.

Our headquarters are based in Brussels (Watermael-Boitsfort) and our factories are located in Nieppe (near Lille) and Lambermont (near Liège).

Our group is now experiencing a broad development of its flagship brands. Many projects are underway with the creation of new products and the launch of new international markets.

**Your challenge**

You will be part of the Delacre Trade Marketing team. Our goals are to:

- Deeply understand consumers, shoppers, competitors and customers, and then translate our expertise in simple and insight-based solutions for our customers and shoppers.
- Make sure that our brands provide added value for the Sweet Biscuits category and for our customers
- Develop and successfully implement promotional strategies on the shopfloor.

**Your responsibilities**

For the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets:

- Assist the shopper marketing manager in executing the promotional strategy: develop various point of sales materials (eg: displays), organize in-store animations, develop promotional tools for the field sales team, develop visuals for retail media activities
- Assist the trade marketing colleagues in preparing presentations for customers
- Assist the category manager in monitoring Delacre Performances and Category Performances (Nielsen)

To do so, you will have to work closely with your trade marketing colleagues, but also diverse external partners and internal teammates, such as creative agencies, producers of point-of-sales materials, promo event planner, sales team, brand managers.

**Your profile**
- Currently studying (or soon graduated) from a Bachelor degree, Marketing Masters Degree or MBA from Business school or College
- Proactive approach and ability to work in autonomy within strict deadlines
- Problem solving, high energy
- Strong communication skills to communicate efficiently between team departments, suppliers and various collaborators, in an international team
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- High sense of creativity
- Good analytical skills and close attention to details
- Nielsen knowledge and previous marketing experience are assets
- Language: fluent in FR and EN. Dutch is an asset.
- Previous experiences in (trade) marketing are strong assets
- Knowledge of the agri-food or FMCG industry are assets

**Internship conditions**

Internship lasting 6 months - 950 € per month

39.5 hours of week

Based in Brussels (Watermael Boistfort)
- Internship lasting 6 months, starting from July 2025.
