**We are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize employee access to sports and wellness activities. Reporting to the Belgian team lead, you are part of a small team ready to conquer the Belgian market**
**You contribute to our marketing and sales strategy to increase awareness among our prospects and boost the sales process, supporting the team in signing new companies. Furthermore, you will develop EGYM Wellpass's Instagram page in Belgium.**

**Responsabilities**:
- Produce communication materials designed to increase the number of subscribers among our customers and facilitate understanding of the offer.
- Demonstrate innovation and proactivity on these materials to improve them and create new ones.
- Explore different ways to increase awareness of EGYM Wellpass towards HR managers.
- Develop communications channels such as Instagram to boost traction.
- Participate in the organization and hosting of events to present the EGYM Wellpass offer to our customers.
- Hosting webinars to present the offer and answering employees' questions.
- Analyze the impact of the communication actions carried out
- Respond to customers on specific requests concerning onboarding, the product or communication
- Create and enrich the hunting list to boost our prospection
- Contact our prospects to get appointments to present the EGYM Wellpass offer
**Your fitness level**:
- From a business school or university (gap year/end of studies internship) or equivalent
- ** You speak Dutch & French**
- ** Impeccable spelling**
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram)
- You are proactive and have a creative mind;
- You enjoy teamwork, you will work with a team of 3 people and departments with various professions within the company
- You are convinced by the EGYM-Wellpass mission.
- Great adaptability (we are constantly on the move)
**The equipment we provide**:
- **Wellpass subscription covered**: Free access to a wide selection of sports and wellness clubs, with the possibility of sharing sessions with colleagues for more motivation and fun.
- ** Provided equipment**: Laptop, screen, mouse, headset, and all necessary tools for optimal efficiency.
- ** Remote friendly**:Possibility of working 3 days per week at Silver Square and 2 days per week from home.

- Interview with John, Belgian Team Lead (45min)
- Interview with Leaticia, Team Lead Brand & Communication (30min)
