**DESCRIPTION**

Working within the IT department, you play an essential role in assisting employees on Aspria's Reservation Assistant software.

**Responsibilities**
As a member of the Application System team,
- You handle all questions and provide support to our 8 clubs and Head Office in relation to the Aspria's Reservation Assistant system
- You assist and train the Aspria employees on how to use the Reservation Assistant system
- You configure and set up packages within our reservation platform (Reservation Assistant)
- You are the point of contact in case of issues that need to be reported and handled concerning the software (internally or externally)
- You work closely with the Senior Applications Manager

**Profile**
- You have good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- You are stress resistant
- You can diagnose a problem easily and you are keen to find solutions
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral) knowledge of Italian or German is a plus
- You are highly organized and flexible (schedule is variable and presence on evenings and weekends could occasionally be required)
- Previous experience working with Reservation assistant (TAC) would be advantageous.
