- Responsibility- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements;
- Develop user stories/scenarios and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions;
- Work closely with the development team to design and implement effective solutions that meet specialist/global requirements;
- Participate in key meetings with stakeholders, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing.

- Education And Related Experience- University degree;
- Min. 3 years of experience in IT-related business analyses, preferably in Salesforce;
- Fluent in English;
- Capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive behavior to resolve problems and queries;
- Structured and analytical approach.
