Furthermore, challenges in key strategic sectors offer greater learning opportunities with multi-million impacts: - Public Infrastructures - Process Manufacturing - System & Component Technologies One of their challenges in operations is that without rigorous operational quality management and supplier/subcontractor oversight, critical industrial projects risk costly delays, safety breaches, and loss of client trust. => We therefore invite you to join AETHER as an Operations Quality Project Manager JOB DESCRIPTION: The scope of our services is to strengthen operational quality management teams in production and supply chain processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement for demanding industrial projects. The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include: As a Quality Associate Consultant: - Contribute to the collection and update of quality indicators. - Support root cause analysis of non-conformities using tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, or 8D, under supervision. - Participate in quality controls in production and supply chain. - Provide support during inspections and supplier audits. - Take part in Lean, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives. Or as a Qualty Lead / Executive Consultant: - Lead root cause analysis of non-conformities and customer complaints (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA) and ensure effective CAPA implementation. - Lead the full management of non-conformities and customer complaints, including definition and follow-up of CAPA. - Supervise and perform complex quality inspections. - Define and implement supplier qualification procedures and lead supplier audits. - Analyze quality indicators and implement operational improvement plans. - Drive and lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen programs on quality matters. - Mentor, train, and coach internal teams and junior consultants. - Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and subcontractors on quality matters. The experience we are actively looking for: - Master in engineering or equivalent with a technical background. - Junior: 1-4 years in operational quality, quality control, production, or non-conformity management. - Fluent in French and English, Dutch is an asset depending on the site. - An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start). - Immediate availability is preferred - Presence in Belgium is preferred, with valid Single permit for non-EU citizens. - Rigor, organization, and result orientation. - Excellent written and oral communication, both with white-collar and blue-collar staff. - Ability to work with project managers and multidisciplinary teams. - Adaptability and learning mindset for juniors, autonomy for experienced profiles. - Leadership and influence skills for senior profiles (quality reviews, client reference role).
