**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Recent experience in Project management of C4ISR acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization. Experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour.
- A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP. The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain.
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization to include NATO Security Policy and supporting directives;
- Several years of experience (at least 5 years) with CIS project planning, operations planning and support, system architecture, and security governance including strategic alignment and risk management.
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
**Duties/role**:
- Defining, documenting, and executing small projects or sub-projects.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing risks effectively.
